Help Your Groups Stay Current on Their Premium/Payments
Our premium/payment addresses changed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Why it matters: Many groups are still submitting their payments to the old addresses. Time is running out on the forwarding service. To avoid delays and delinquencies, please ensure that your groups know about our new addresses.
Paper-billed groups: The new addresses appear on the billing coupon enclosed with their premium statements.
ASO/self-funded accounts: Find the new addresses in their payment instructions.

Helpful tips:
Skip the Paper: Fully insured accounts can save time by signing up for online billing on Blue Access for EmployersSM (BAESM). Once registered, the group administrator can pay monthly premiums with a few simple clicks or set up Auto Pay. They can use Online Payment to change their account profiles, update or track payments and more.
Submit Membership Changes Through the Usual Channels: Whether groups update membership in BAE, use our Automated Eligibility Process (AEP) for large groups or submit paper forms, keep using your normal process for membership updates. The change to our payment addresses doesn’t affect membership.
