1095-B Form Now Available on Blue Access for MembersSM

What’s new: Fully Insured group and Retail off-exchange members can now access a copy of their 2020 1095-B form in Blue Access for Members (BAMSM).

Here’s how to find the form:

And here are all the ways members can request a copy of their form:

Background: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued guidance PDF that insurers are no longer required to automatically print and mail the 1095-B form for the 2020 tax year. We no longer mail forms to our Fully Insured groups and off-exchange Retail members, but we can provide them to any member who requests a copy.

Reminder: We do not provide 1095 forms for ASO group members.
