Term Notice Sent to Houston Physicians’ Hospital
We’ve had a relationship with Houston Physicians’ Hospital for many years. In January 2021, we notified the hospital that we need to update our contracts.
If we don’t come to an agreement by July 15, 2021, Houston Physicians’ Hospital will no longer be in the following provider networks:
We are hopeful that a mutually beneficial agreement will be reached.
Included in the negotiation: Along with the Houston Physicians’ Hospital at 333 North Texas Avenue in Webster, the following physical therapy clinics are included.

The backstory: Our contracts with Houston Physicians’ Hospital are outdated. They don’t offer our members the same protections as our current contracts.

Finding in-network care: If Houston Physicians’ Hospital chooses to leave our networks, we will do everything we can to help members move their care to quality, cost effective, convenient in-network hospitals and doctors.
