Update on S644ADT Benefits

As we shared in the Sept. 29 News from the Blues, new Texas state regulations require us to provide a Consumer Choice Plan Disclosure Statement (HMO disclosure form) to all employer groups that offer a Consumer Choice HMO plan.

For ease of business, we have added the HMO disclosure form to the 2022 Application for Amendment  (BPA Amendment).

• The updated BPA Amendment with HMO disclosure form will be included in groups’ January renewal emails.
• Please submit the completed HMO disclosure form with the BPA Amendment when employer groups add any new HMO plans – except for plan G665ADT, which is not a Consumer Choice HMO.
• You don’t need to complete the HMO disclosure form if your group doesn’t change their HMO plan offerings. 

Updated S644ADT Benefits

• An error was found in January 2022 renewals regarding benefits for plan S644ADT
• Renewal exhibits have been corrected and are immediately available on Blue Access for Producers^SM.
• If one of your groups is currently enrolled in S664ADT, you should have already received an email with the updated renewal exhibit.
• Group renewal exhibits display the correct 2022 benefit structure and will be distributed as normal.
