For Retail Producer Portal Users: Update Your Express Link by May 1
Applies to Medicare, Individual & Family

Recently we issued new Express Links to our Retail Producer Portal users. While your old Express Link is valid until May 1, you should update it as soon as possible if you haven’t already.

What you need to know

• Recently we made Retail Shopping Cart changes that require new Express Links for our Retail Producer Portal users.
• When clients click on your Express Link, they are redirected to the census page of the Retail Shopping Cart. Your producer information is attached to their shopping experience.
• From now through April 30, your old and new Express Links are valid.
• On May 1, your old Express Link will expire.
• Here’s how to get your new Express Link code. 

What you need to do before May 1
If you have promotional materials, email signatures, web pages or any other content that uses your old Express Link, you must update them with your new Express Link code by May 1. If you don’t, clients who click on your old Express Link will receive an error message. They will not be redirected to the Retail Shopping Cart.

Note: The Retail Producer Portal is a sales and service tool for producers who sell in the Individual & Family and Medicare markets.
