We are launching a new “Membership Message Center” within Blue Access for Employers^SM (BAE^SM). This change solidifies our commitment to prioritizing data security and mitigating risks to protect customer information.

Why This Change Matters: We recognize the risks posed by misdirected emails and unauthorized access. The Membership Message Center allows you to send membership-related inquiries with the utmost confidence securely and efficiently, knowing that cyber threats are significantly diminished.

What to expect: Starting Sept. 18, the Membership Message Center will be integrated into BAE. The access will be automatically provided to existing Blue Access for Producers^SM (BAP^SM) and BAE users with “Membership View” or “Membership Maintenance” access. This approach will reduce any additional administrative burden.

Guiding You Through the Transition:
During the initial launch and transition period, you can continue sending membership-related inquiries using both the current method and the new Membership Message Center.

Please note that the current method will be phased out in the future once all accounts have transitioned to the Membership Message Center.
A specific subset of accounts will not be included in the initial implementation, and we will directly communicate with those accounts.
