Get Certified to Sell Blue Cross Medicare Options^SM MAPD/PDP Plans Now

The 2024 Blue Cross Medicare Options certification curriculum will once again be housed on the AHIP/CMP platform. Producers who use the certification link below to access and complete their assigned tasks will receive the discounted rate of $50 off the normal $175 AHIP fee (and pay $125).

Please ensure that you complete all 2024 Blue Cross Medicare Options MAPD/PDP certification requirements prior to marketing and/or selling any 2024 MAPD/PDP plans.

Click on “Create an Account,” and enter your NPN excluding the leading zeros in the National Producer Number field. Enter your NPN excluding the leading zeros in the Username field. Complete the profile questions to receive your automated curriculum assignment.

Note: Both sections must be completed by all individual producers and sub producers including agency principals. All courses must be completed to be deemed certified to sell 2024 MAPD/PDP plans. Sub producers are only deemed certified once their agency principal has completed his/her individual and agency certification tasks. Agency principals will receive an email notification to access the agency tasks upon completing their individual assignments.

2023 Medicare Curriculum Announcement: The 2023 AHIP course will no longer be available after June 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Producers who wish to complete the 2023 MAPD/PDP curriculum may instead take the 2024 AHIP course along with the 2023 Medicare Options plan course, exam and forms. Producers seeking to complete the 2023 training will be assigned a dual plan year curriculum for both 2023 and 2024. The combined curriculum will satisfy the certification requirement for both 2023 and 2024 and will be available starting June 28.
