Great News: Streamlined Renewal Process for Blue Balance FundedSM Plans
Applies to: Existing Blue Balance Funded accounts that are renewing into a Blue Balance Funded Plan

What’s new: The renewal process for Blue Balance Funded (BBFSM) has been streamlined and will now only require two documents to be printed, completed in entirety, signed and submitted back into the Request Center.

The two documents are as follows:
  1. Renewal Exhibit: This will now include a one-page Plan Selection form. This document summarizes the renewal decision with grid formatting to select plans, terms and conditions, and has a signature line. (Click here for a sample.) PDF
    1. The entire renewal exhibit must be returned, including the new signed Plan Selection document.
  2. Stop Loss Application & Policy

Timing: This will be made available with November 2025 BBF renewals.

The why: This streamlining was carried out to simplify the renewal process and reduce the number of documents that need to be submitted.
