Integrated HCASM: This employer-funded health care spending account is used by members to pay for qualified medical expenses. Employers can offer this integrated HCA to introduce or enhance consumer accountability and medical care cost awareness. Members benefit from the employer-funded program that covers medical expenses while members’ investment may accrue year over year.
